We utilize our global footprint to bring a global pool of potential bidders to maximize the successful sale of your business.

From the initial stages through to the execution of the final purchase agreement the process can be accomplished in as little as 6 months in a best case scenario. A reasonable expectation should be in the 9 to 12 month timeframe.

We charge a straightforward market competitive success based percentage fee. We do not get paid unless and until you get paid. We typically do not charge retainers unless there is predetermined doubt in the sellability of your business. We will discuss this with you in advance. Our success is your success.

The catch-22 is that buyers want to buy when the business is doing well and sellers want to sell when the business is underperforming. In almost every case the maximum value for your business is obtained when business is booming: Current results are up, growth is up and the future looks bright.

There are many different types of deal structures that can be arranged. When we work on your side of the table we can cater our process to bring you the structure that makes sense for you. This can be a full or partial sale, a stock or asset purchase, a mangement buyout, growth capital injection or other.

If we are unable to reveal the buyer to you in advance it means that we have an agreement in place with them that ensures both sides remain confidential. In this case you will know their identiry before they know yours.

Possibly. If our buy side client is engaged on a non-exclusive basis we can absolutely represent you in a sale process. In these cases buy side clients prefer represented sellers as it ensures that the seller is serious and the process is being professionally managed.

Business owners often do not want managment, clients, competitors or staff to know they are considering selling their business. We are well versed in these situations and have numerous workarounds and methods to ensure confidentiality of the process.
